01What we build
Every channel, one send path.
The Cavius Connect marketing platform spans SMS marketing, an email marketing platform with real deliverability reporting, WhatsApp marketing, and voice, all sharing one unified inbox and one compliance engine.
Every channel reads the same contact record and the same consent ledger, so a segment built for email already knows who opted out over SMS. Developers get the same platform through typed SDKs and a REST API; marketers get it through campaigns, workflows, and forms. Neither side can route around the rules.
02Why we exist
Compliance is the product, not a feature.
Most platforms hand you an API and leave the legal exposure with you. We put the consent ledger, the carrier rules, and the regional regulations inside the send path, so a non-compliant message fails before it reaches a carrier, not after a regulator finds it.
That's why TCPA, DLT, CASL, GDPR, CCPA, and DPDPA checks run on every send rather than living in a policy document, and why every decision the engine makes lands in an audit-ready log. Read more about how the compliance engine works, or how we handle security and trust.
