Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted uses

CaviusConnect may be used for legitimate business communication including customer support, marketing with proper consent, transactional messages, and internal team collaboration.

2. Prohibited activities

You may NOT use CaviusConnect for:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening communications
  • Illegal activities or content that violates local laws
  • Adult content, gambling, or controlled substances
  • Impersonating others or providing false information
  • Bypassing rate limits or security features

3. Anti-spam requirements

Consent required: you must obtain explicit opt-in consent before sending marketing messages. Keep records of consent for audit purposes.

Compliance: you must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (US), GDPR (EU), TCPA regulations, and all applicable local messaging laws.

Opt-out mechanism: every marketing message must include a clear way for recipients to opt out. Honor opt-out requests within 48 hours.

4. Content restrictions

All messages must be professional and appropriate for business communication. Content must not violate intellectual property rights, contain defamatory material, or include misleading claims.

5. Rate limits and fair use

We implement rate limits to ensure platform stability. Attempting to circumvent these limits or engaging in abusive sending patterns may result in account suspension.

6. Monitoring and enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor usage for compliance with this policy. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity.

7. Reporting abuse

If you receive inappropriate messages sent through our platform, please report them to abuse@caviusconnect.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
