CaviusConnect
Compliance

The compliance-firstmessaging engine.

Most platforms hand you an API and leave the legal exposure with you. CaviusConnect puts TCPA, DLT, CASL, GDPR, CCPA, and DPDPA rules inside the send path, so a non-compliant message fails before it reaches a carrier, not after a regulator finds it.

01Frameworks

Six regimes, pre-loaded.

TCPA

United States

Prior express consent for marketing texts and calls (written consent where the law demands it), plus automatic opt-out handling. Paired with carrier-side 10DLC registration on the SMS channel.

DLT

India

TRAI's entity, header, and template registration regime for SMS into India. We run registration and block template mismatches before carrier scrubbing can. Full walkthrough in the DLT registration guide.

CASL

Canada

Express versus implied consent, tracked with expiry: the distinction Canadian enforcement turns on. Applies across email and SMS alike.

GDPR

European Union

Lawful-basis records with provenance for every contact, plus the data rights machinery behind them. Details on our GDPR compliance page.

CCPA

California

California consumer rights honoured across the data model. See the California section of our privacy policy.

DPDPA

India

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act consent standards, modelled alongside DLT so Indian recipients carry one coherent preference record.

02Enforcement

Rules the engine runs, not a checklist we ticked.

Consent ledger

One record per person across every channel, carrying each opt-in's type, source, and timestamp: provenance you can hand to a regulator.

Pre-send checks

Jurisdiction, consent state, quiet hours, and carrier or template rules evaluated before a message leaves the queue. If any rule fails, the send is blocked. We block, we don't warn.

Audit-ready logs

Immutable logs of every send, block, and consent change. When legal or a privacy officer asks, the answer is an export, not an investigation.

Registrations, run for you

TCR/10DLC in the US, DLT in India: we file the submissions and track approvals, then enforce the results in the send path.

The legal scaffolding behind the engine is public: our Data Processing Agreement, GDPR commitments, and security posture are all documented. Regulated verticals (healthcare, education, financial services) are covered on the solutions page, with a BAA available on Enterprise.
